We provide free, no-obligation estimates for all roofing projects. Our estimates are based on the information available at the time of inspection. If we discover additional issues once work begins, we'll notify you immediately and discuss any changes to pricing before proceeding.

Payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement. We typically require a deposit before starting major projects, with the balance due upon completion. We accept various payment methods for your convenience.

Scheduling and Cancellations

We'll work with you to schedule services at a convenient time. Weather conditions may require us to reschedule work for safety reasons or to protect the quality of the installation. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us at least 24 hours notice when possible.

For major projects requiring deposits, cancellation policies will be outlined in your service agreement. We try to be as flexible as possible while also respecting the time and materials we've committed to your project.

Warranties and Guarantees

Property Access and Safety

By scheduling service, you grant us access to your property to perform the agreed-upon work. We take care to protect your property, but you should secure or move any valuable items near the work area. We're not responsible for pre-existing damage to landscaping or property features not directly related to our roofing work.

For your safety and ours, please keep children and pets away from work areas during service. Our crews follow strict safety protocols, and we maintain proper insurance coverage for all work performed.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for our services. We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. This includes things like lost business income or damage to personal property not directly caused by our negligence.

We maintain appropriate insurance coverage, and any claims should be reported to us promptly so we can address them through proper channels.

Dispute Resolution

If you have any concerns about our work, please contact us directly so we can resolve the issue. We're committed to customer satisfaction and will work with you to find a fair solution.

Any disputes that can't be resolved directly will be handled according to California law in Los Angeles County. Both parties agree to make good-faith efforts to resolve disputes before pursuing legal action.
